In order to help with your planning for the exhibition you will find below a handy list of the most commonly asked questions which we hope you will find useful:

WHEN AND WHERE IS THE SHOW?

Show opening times are as follows:
Fri 13 October 10.00 - 18.00
Sat 14 October 10.00 - 18.00
Sun 15 October 10.00 - 16.00

Language Show is held at the Business Design Centre (BDC) in London. The full address is:

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND LANGUAGE SHOW?

Around 9,000 language learners, teachers and professionals are expected to attend Language Show 2017.

HOW DO I ORDER EXHIBITOR BADGES?

Exhibitor badges will shortly be available via the following link, kindly register here.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY EXHIBITOR BADGES?

Exhibitor badges will be sent out by Ticket Factory directly, approximately 2 weeks before the show open dates. You can also collect your badge from the exhibitor registration desk upon arrival.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY STAND PACKAGE?

Depending on the stand you have booked, the following is included:

• Shell Scheme Only 
Includes shell scheme, carpet, name panel, website and show guide entry

• Shell Scheme & Electric
Includes shell scheme, carpet, name panel, website, show guide entry, 1 power point and 1 fluorescent light for every 8m² booked

IS FURNITURE INCLUDED IN THE STAND PACKAGE?

No, furniture is not included in the stand package. If you are interested in hiring furniture please consult the exhibitor manual.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXHIBITOR LOGIN DETAILS?

CAN I PARK MY CAR AT THE VENUE?

I WANT TO BRING A VEHICLE ON SITE TO UNLOAD, WHERE CAN I PARK IT ONCE IT IS EMPTY?

I HAVE A SHELL SCHEME STAND, DO I NEED TO COMPLETE A RISK ASSESSMENT?

All stands have to complete a basic risk assessment to cover the build, open and breakdown periods of the event – if you have any problems please follow the guidelines provided in the exhibitor manual.

DO I NEED INSURANCE COVER FOR THE SHOW?

Yes, all stands must have minimum £1 million public liability insurance. Please check the exhibitor manual for further information.

IS THERE A CLOAKROOM ONSITE?

Yes, there is a cloakroom available. Prices start at £2.00 per item for the whole day. Items are left at your own risk. Large cases accepted within reason.

HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED IN TALKS AND DEMONSTRATIONS?

If you are interested in hosting a talk, performance, language class or demonstration in the Careers Forum, TEFL Forum, Seminar Rooms, Language Classes or The Piazza please contact Patrick: +44 (0) 20 7288 6576 | patrick.cheek@upperstreetevents.co.uk.

DO I NEED A VISA?

I REQUIRE AN INVITATION LETTER TO ASSIST WITH MY VISA APPLICATION. HOW DO I APPLY?
