WHEN AND WHERE IS THE SHOW?

HOW DO I REGISTER?

IS THE EVENT FREE TO ATTEND?

Yes, it is free to register and attend the show.

CAN I REGISTER ON THE DAY?

Yes, you may register upon arrival at the show however, we advise that you register in advance as this will mean you can avoid the queues on the day. Online registration will be open until the last day of the show (Saturday 11th March).

CAN I REGISTER A GROUP?

We don’t have a group registration form so you’ll need to register each attendee separately. Please note, children under 16 don’t need to register for entry and can access the venue if accompanied by an adult or guardian.

IS MY SHOW REGISTRATION, DATE SPECIFIC?

Registration for the show is none date specific. Once you have registered and have printed your email confirmation you are able to attend the show on any of the show open days and as many times as you wish. Please remember to bring your e-ticket to access the venue.

WHAT AREAS OF THE SHOW CAN I ACCESS WITH MY E-TICKET?

Your entry ticket allows you access to the whole show apart from the Language Plus classes, for which you will need to purchase a ticket.  Find out more about Language Plus classes

WHAT IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY E-TICKET WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE SHOW?

Registration staff at the main registration desks will be able to find you by surname on our data base to print your entry badge.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A PRESS PASS?

If you are a member of the press then you can register for a press pass here.

CAN I PARK MY CAR AT THE VENUE?

ARE THERE DISABLED FACILITIES AT THE VENUE?

ARE SEMINARS FREE TO ATTEND?

Yes, seminars are free to attend. Seminars our not ticketed and are run on a first come, first served basis. We advise to arrive at the seminar at least 15 minutes before the start time to avoid disappointment.

ARE LANGUAGE CLASSES FREE TO ATTEND?

Language tasters are fun packed half hour sessions for beginners and are free to attend. Language Plus classes are more intensive two hour classes and require a ticket. Find more information about language classes here.

DO I NEED A VISA?

Not sure if you need a visa to visit the UK? Visit the UK Border Agency information page for help.

I REQUIRE AN INVITATION LETTER TO ASSIST WITH MY VISA APPLICATION. HOW DO I APPLY?

Unfortunately we cannot issue personal/individual letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered via the show website you will receive a confirmation email which is sufficient for visa application.
